First My Mp3 (Yp-R1) Was Korean And I change the region to english (US) And I plug my usb to add more Music and in my computer it said new device and it still didn't come out the usb connected shig only charging HELP Emergency!!!

Go to settings>system>PC connection and select MSC. Indeed, in US region code the default PC connection mode is MTP. Thus, if WMP 10/11/12 is not installed on your computer (or if you have an illegal version of Windows), the device won't be recognized by the computer as the MTP drivers are included in WMP.
