Suddenly doesn't show pictures and documents

I've been using my J3 for a couple of months now, and I had no problems in the beginning, and it is still pretty much fully functionable. But, one day it wouldn't show any pictures (except 2 default ones) and only the 3 newest documents of about 100 documents. Now it won't show any documents, and it happened in the middle of a day, not after I uploaded something new to it.

And I have all the files in the music folder (it was able to automatically sort everything before this happened), also I have the newest version of Chakra installed. I tried resetting it, and if nobody can help me I'm going to format it, so this is my last attempt.

Anybody know how I can fix this? Including what's wrong.

Sounds like you have some corrupted files on it, formatting it is you best course of action but I'd also re-firmware too.
