cowon j3 RMA questions
for everyone who has sent there cowon j3 in for repair, i have a few questions for you.
specifically, im wondering about the loose battery problem, as it happened to my j3  . I am requesting an RMA to get it repaired/exchanged.for people that have gotten the same problem, and gotten it RMAd, did the problem come back? do you know how the fixed it? do you think it may reoccur? did they use different materials to secure the battery?
