So, my headphone jack on my J3 has gotten loose and audio cuts out on one or both ears just from the motion of walking while the player is in my pocket. I've tried cleaning it with a Q-tip and using several different pairs of headphones with no success.
I sent in a request to COWON to get it repaired and asked for a price quote but they didn't give me one. Does anyone know how much I should expect this to cost? And are there other options available to me? EDIT: Forgot to mention there's no warranty as it was purchased used. Might as well mention I live in the US as well. Is the warranty period over? If it's less than a year old in the US or up to two years abroad and they'll fix it for free via RMA.

Forgot to mention that it was purchased used on eBay with no receipt included. So no warranty

Sorry to hear of your trouble, just send them another request for a price quote. IIRC I've read it runs around $45 to $55 but don't hold me to it and you'll probably have to pay shipping.
