Default Missing metadata/duplicated tracks?

Okay, here's the deal. I updated my Zen Touch 2's firmware yesterday, and for the most part it's been working just fine.

However, I've noticed some weird behavior recently, particularly when trying to transfer a couple of my favorite sets of media (namely, Alan Silvestri's soundtrack for the movie The A-Team and an audio drama series called Tales from the Afternow: The Sean Kennedy Chronicles).

For some reason, whenever I try to transfer the soundtrack for The A-Team, it doesn't always have the metadata - i.e., track name, album name, etc. - for it attached (with the obvious result that it doesn't show up when I'm looking through the album listing).

Furthermore, anything I try to copy to the Zen Touch 2 after transferring that particular album invariably ends up with missing metadata as well.

As for what happens with Tales from the Afternow . . . well, every track after the third episode appears twice in the track listing - and, as with the glitch from the previous incident, it does the same thing with anything added after Tales.

The only fix I've found for both of these glitches is to format the media player and load it up with fresh copies of whatever else I had on there (obviously avoiding The A-Team or Tales from the Afternow).

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem - and if so, whether or not they've been able to figure out what's causing it.

(On a side note, the glitch occurs when I transfer the media using either WMP10 or the Winamp Media Library. I haven't tried a straight copy-and-paste to see if that bypasses whatever's causing this glitch, mainly because I don't want to have to format it yet again if it doesn't work.)
