J3 music vs podcasts

I listen mostly to podcasts, and I find it a chore to switch between my preferred settings for podcasts vs music (playback speed, skip interval, equalizer, etc.)

Is there a UCI that allows me to easily switch between two sets of settings? Or is there another way perhaps?

The Cowon J3 is much better for podcast listening than other players, but even it is highly oriented toward music. (Like having to go into the folders to delete a file instead of deleting directly from the player--but, hey, at least it's possible, unlike a lot of players )
