in the description it shows that it's from COWON,so i'm assuming it's legit(not crappy)

if anyone can look at,can you tell me how this case works because based on the pictures it doesn't seem to stay in securely imo

The fact that the user name is "COWON" doesn't really make it legit here... Gmarket is a bit like Ebay in Korea, so it's just the name registered by a seller.

I've seen TANDORI brand cases for other things here, they're not bad.

Really though, go with the Ringke silicon case and a screen protector. The fit and finish is second to none.
