Yea, the X7 looks really nice, but i don't have the money for that right now, plus i dont really need that much space lol

So do you guys think that exportprive's prices are gonna be cheaper than they will be in the US when it's released?

I got the D2 when the D2+ was already out, I had planned to use it with the D2+ FW right from the beginning, just liked the design of the D2 better and it also came with a charger. I kinda dig the 'old school' designs and never was into the D2+ design-wise and certainly not into the C2 which doesn't look too great IMHO.

But beauty is in the eye of the beholder isn't it?

The Cowon C2 reminds me of the iRiver Lplayer,design wise.

And now to the most important question... is there a System/Flash UI folder in the file system? If yes, what happens if you take e.g. one of the music UCI's for Cowon J3 and put it in there? I'm not expecting it to work 100% (they use different sceen resolutions etc) but I'm curious to know if it does at least something.

Not really, the battery is still charging (oh my god it's so long!) and I have to take pictures and take a movie shot before going to Paris this afternoon. It's such a rush, I don't know how I'll manage to do everything today

All I can say for the moment is that I like the front build quality but the back seems to suck like on the J3.

And there is a Flash UI folder, I'll try a J3 UCI tonight or tomorrow

That's a good sign already. Thank you! Maybe they have used the same UCI programming interface as their previous models. That would make it quite straightforward to replace that stock UI with something less "romantic".
