http://www.foobar2000.org/ But you will have to install the ripping/converter components as the sites says it seems. However, I have never used foobar for ripping. I only ever use EAC, CDEx or AudioGrabber, depending on mood, so someone else will have to give you some feedback on this. Same for sync'ing to players. For me, any MTP players I have I use Winamp to manage the devices. The rest are MSC and I use Win Explorer.
