[Need help] Making Sansa Fuze/e200/c200's USB Cable from Ipod's one

Hi everyone, I bought the Sansa Fuze MP3 in the U.S. and lost its USB cable. The point is I'm not in the U.S. anymore and can't find the cable of the same kind. The only cable I can find here is the iPod's USB Cable.

So I'm really in need of making a Sansa's USB Cable from an iPod's one. I did a search but cannot find any thread mentioning this. Can anyone help with a DIY on how to re-wire pins and the like?

P.S. I just need the charger to work, no need for data transfer since I can use the microSD card. Thank you!
