How to low your firmware to 2.23? you need just to download the files of the firmware and copy them to the device?

P.S: I think there was already displaying lyrics in COWON J3 before v2.24

Yes.

Download the 2.23 firmware file from here.

Unzip it somewhere, and then copy the three resulting BIN files over to the root of internal storage of the J3.

Safely remove hardware, disconnect the J3 from PC, re-boot, and the 2.23 firmware "downgrade" will occur, and the J3 will power itself off at completion.

When you next power the J3 back on, it will present the expected "check albumart" as part of the boot process, as it now discovers your imbedded album art in tags as well as cover.jpg art, and you should end up seeing \System\MusicDB populated with corresponding 95x95 "miniature" album art JPGs. These are what get used by Matrix Browser in landscape mode.

Unhappy Still no external memory playlist option in v2.24
Maybe I'll pass on this one.
You very dear people at Cowon, please solve that play list problem!
