Hi there,
I'm having a problem with my Cowon J3 32gb. I have a treadmill that has speakers built in that allows you to plug your mp3 players into it using a cable (3.5 to 3.5?). However whenever I plug my J3 into it, the battery on the J3 shows as empty and shortly after it shuts down. If I unplug it from the treadmill and switch it on again, the battery shows as full again. Has anyone else had this sort of problem and maybe know a fix for it? Or does anyone even have any idea why the J3 does this each time I try to play it through the treadmill speakers. Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me. |

I have a fix - don't plug it into the treadmill!!! There's a short somewhere, probably in the treadmills wiring,... You just might fry your J3 - use headphones instead.
