i'm new to cowon, and i have no idea how to use the j3. i'm just wondering if it's possible to somehow transfer the user guide into the j3. (this is probably a stupid question or it has been answered already, my apologies).

I have changed the title to something more descriptive, so members that use the search feature can easily find what they're looking for, in the future please use more care.
Edit: AFAIK the J3 does not support pdf files but I'm sure you can covert the manual to a txt file and it should handle that

No problem, you might want to look for a free PDF to text converter. That should make the choir easier, although if you read the manual and refer back to it from time to time IMHO it's just used up space on your DAP that could be used for more tunes ♪ ♪ ♪

you can use something like this:
http://download.cnet.com/Easy-PDF-to...-10349873.html although i agree with walkgood. Just read the manual from time to time, and you will just get used to the interface very quickly!

i have another question. since i installed my j3 onto the comp, jetaudio comes up every time i right click on a file. for example, when you right click on a file (any file), properties, rename, delete, create shortcut, cut, copy, paste, send to, unlocker, open, explore, etc.... comes up on the screen. is it possible to make jetaudio not appear on the screen when you right click on a file? i hope someone understands what im talking about.

Sure, first of all you have to go to the preferences menu in the jetaudio window by pressing ALT+P then go to File Type Association and click in the Clear ALL button, finally Update button and Accept, that is it. Good luck

Wouldn't it be fantastic if someone wrote a Flash-based ePub reader?
Adobe has done no further development of ADE to even fix its own bugs, so not much hope for their being proactive. I wonder how difficult it would be? |
