several reasons i did this is:
- to show off the internals, - shows how hard it is to replace battery, - helps others work out how to open for diy repair, - some thing else i forgot about why i opened the R1. how i got the R1: i got the pmp for £30 as a reduced sale item, it was the showcase one left after they sold out, so it was reduced from £100+ to £60 for the jan sales, then reduced from £60 to £30 because it only had its usb lead with it, thats no earphones or anything else. next to it going for £35 was some cheap built 8GB mp3 usb stick, so i did well in geting high quality for cheap. |
