Default J3 won't work with Kingston cards from Taiwan

My J3 would not recognize my Kingston micro sd card. I returned it to Jetaudio with an RMA. They tested it and said it worked fine with their sandisk micro sd card and asked if my Kingston card was made in Japan or Taiwan. It says Taiwan on it and they said they have had other problems with J3's not working with Kingston cards made in Taiwan. So they are sending it back to me and say I should use another card.

The Kingston card from Taiwan works fine in my camera, but just so you all know, they won't work in the J3.

And TEST the card with H2Testw, to be sure it's real and genuine as you thought you purchased, and not a counterfeit fake as many of us have experienced.

Incidentally, before my 32GB SanDisk card arrived I ran out and purchased a 16GB Kingston card for my J3 at Best Buy. No problem whatsoever.

So there's no conceptual problem with a Kingston card in the J3. I'd be more suspicious that it's not genuine 16GB.

MANDATORY: Test it with H2Testw.
