iRiver --- anybody home??!
No wonder sites like this are so common & so many people use them: the support by the mfr. is nonexistant. Called iRiver for the 4th time today to ask simple questions; after half an hour on hold I hung up. Also tried using their site with the FAQ & eBox (how cute); got email that said response was in my ebox but it was empty.
Good thing my new unit works OK since if I had real hardware problems there is nobody at iRiver who will answer the phones.
Has anyone out there actually spoken to a CSR at iRiver? I doubt it.
