Default X-Fi powered down for no reason

I just got my refurbished Zen X-Fi in the mail a few days ago and have been enjoying every minute since with no problems...but today I attempted to run a battery test to see how long it would last while playing music. I turned a playlist on shuffle and let it play, then I locked the screen. Every once in a while I would check on it and look at the battery icon...but about three hours into the test I went to check on it and it had turned off. I turned it back on and it had no issues, it even continued the song.

What I want to know is if this is an issue that I should be worried about, I sold all of my older players and now only have the X-Fi. Is it not as reliable as I thought it is...or is this just a thing that I am overreacting about.
