Default Syncing across internal and external memory

I have a cowon J3 32GB with a 32GB microsd card and am using mediamonkey to try and sync across int and ext memory.

My music collection is greater than 32GB and therefore won't fit on the internal or external storage alone. What I would like to do is have my music synced to the J3 so there is one copy of each album I have in my library either on internal or external storage.

Because media monkey is a pretty flexible program and automatically monitors my music library I would like to manage my music via it if possible, but after alot of searching I have found no way to do this.

Does anybody know if this is possible? is there a way to trick MM that the device is in fact one device with 64GB of memory? Is there an alternative program?

If all fails I can always just use the 'drag and drop' option, (it beats the hell out of itunes still) but I would prefer to be able to plug it in and have mediamonkey do the thinking for me.

Any help/links to help people could provide would be great.
