In search of closed-type headphones with crisp and clear neutral sound

Well, I tried to tell everything right from the start I need your recommendations on some quality headphones. These have to be:
- closed-type headphones with classic look (I'll point out Sennheiser PX 360 for reference)
- neutral sounding, with warm bass and clear & crisp mids and highs (is this too much to ask for? ). The upper limit of the freq. response should be at least 22000 Hz
- price up to $150, but don't hesitate to recommend some good phones even if they're a bit over that price.
I'll listen to my mp3 player with them, so the more comfortable and light weight - the better. The cable shouldn't be too long but has to be durable.

I still haven't found the perfect pair of phones for me. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Maybe just go for the top right away - Sennheiser HD 25-1. A bit over your price range, but not by much. Or maybe the ATH-M50, they go for a bit less than $130 usually.
