Hi,
I was trying to copy some media to my Zen neeon (1GB) but it would keep freezing and my whole computer would hang. So i figured it was my Mp3's problem and so i formatted it. Now i cant use it because it seems its firmware has been deleted too! Keeps saying: file system error! BTW, im using Windows 7 What do i do now?? |

Do you have access to FW(from Creative support)?
It is always advisable to format player with sdcard formatter. |

FW = firmware.
Format the player again - make sure to use FAT32, not NTFS or exFAT. Or even better, use http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter_3/, as Rohit already suggested.
