Delete rockbox.e200 and the .rockbox folder.
Restore your original .mi4 file.
There is now no trace of Rockbox ever having been installed.

As the forum description says...Rockbox isn't fully stable, and is recommended only for those helping with the development. As you can see, USB support isn't complete, meaning you have to go into recovery mode.

Turn on Hold
Press Record
While pressing record, press power.
You should now be in Recovery Mode

A few things should appear on the screen, at which point it will stop at 'Enter MSD Mode' or similar. At this step, simply insert the USB cable. In 'My Computer' a new drive called '16MB-FORMAT' should appear. When you double click this drive, there should be one file in there, called VERSION.txt. Now, download a copy of the original firmware, which you can find by browsing around the forums, or by using the one in my sig, and save it to this drive. After you have saved it, disconnect the Sansa and turn off hold. It should now be rebooting, at which point you will have the original firmware back.

WARNING: DO NOT DROP ANY OTHER FILES ON THE 16MB-FORMAT DRIVE OTHER THAN THE MI4 FILE. PLAYERS HAVE BEEN BRICKED BY SAVING OTHER FILES ONTO THIS PORTION OF THE SANSA
