Yah! Saw this the other day- this movie looks quite promising I think. I was very nervous about a Thor movie, but possibly Marvel has got yet another winner!

Thor is probably one of the last comic book characters I would like to see on a movie... However I'll go watch it anyway It is part of the greater good for an avengers movie anyway.

I saw the Comic Con trailer earlier this year, and I was really impressed by it. Of course, having a talented director like Kenneth Branagh at the helm doesn't hurt and adds a little gravitas. And Sir Anthony Hopkins as Odin? Man, that is way too cool. I'm a big fan of this character, especially from the days of Tom DeFalco and Ron Frenz's run back in the late 80s/early 90s. I do love the way Marvel is meshing these films together and will eventually have the characters team up in '12's Avengers movie. I can only hope that DC and Warner Bros. will begin doing the same in this year's Green Lantern.

Whoa that looks pretty awesome! Was never a fan of Thor but I'll definitely check it out. I'm getting really excited for The Avengers now, I just hope they don't make it cheesy. God I hope they have Yellowjacket, Vision and Ultron in it (or even Giant-Man/Ant-Man). Edit: I was just checking to see which heroes are going to be in the movie and found out Yellowjacket died last year in a series called Ultimatum.... that totally sucks!! Sounds like they killed off a bunch of characters too, I need to get this series now.
