Headphones For Bass: Audio-Technica ATH-M50S vs. Sennheiser HD 25-1 II

• Preferable SQ or Sound Signature: Basshead
• Media: Mostly Hip-Hop and some obsure stuff

The reason I picked the Audio-Technica ATH-M50S vs. Sennheiser HD 25-1 II is because I have heard great things about these too all over the place and here. I wonder which one has better bass in your opinion. Also for those that have the HD 25-1 II is it true about them not being good for long sessions because they are too tight on the head. I own the Beats by Dre Studio so I am not audiophile by everyone standards so I wanted something to get in the club. I also have to send in my Beats again because they are cracking again.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 M (Any others in this brand to consider)

Monster Beats Pro (I know, I know but seem to have a better build quality)
AIAIAI TMA-1 (thanks DragonBottles forgot to add to the list)

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I've heard that for bass and for closed-back style, the AIAIAI TMA-1's are great.

Yeah I forgot to put the AIAIAI TMA-1 on the list but in dfkt's review I don't remember him saying much about the bass. I need to go read that again.

Do you like the sound signature of the Beats that you have? I mean you gotta consider what you think is good bass and not just ask others for what they consider to be good if you want to find whats right for you.

I do like the Beats sound signature and bass but I am wondering if I am missing something with all these other headphones and need another pair for my Bedroom DJ setup and portable use and also when I send in my Beats for repair.
