No difference (supposedly), as it redirects the radio signals away from the body.

Check this out !

I can't wait. iOS 5 looks so freakin' awesome. Too bad we have to wait till fall . I wonder how much the upgrade will cost, either way, looks good enough for me to pay for it.

Looks like just a lot of stuff that current apps do anyways, or stuff that would be better for the ipad than the iphone so meh, if it costs money I'm not paying for it.

Hell i get a hardware upgrade in like 8-10 months, so ill just get the next gen iphone anyways and sell my 3GS for like $150 lol.

Well I don't have an iPhone, and don't have the cash to upgrade my iTouch each time a new generation is released. And even if this upgrade costs some cash, it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper than a hardware upgrade....

Yeah, I will most probably do this OS update myself even though it might cost some cash....Even though I will most probably upgrade to the new model as soon as it's available. (But don't tell my wife!)

iOS5 is a free update. You can install a beta version right now if you want. I haven't tried it but will probably at least look into it but if it's too technical I'll most likely pass.

I have the same type, and jailbroke recently. (does this website have anything against talking about jailbreaking?) It is a VERY nice device, and iOS 5 is coming out soon. I was wondering though... I heard that jailbreaking voids your warranty... no idea if that's true or not, but if you do know, please let me know, thanks.
