Default Newegg = Great Support!!

Hello, I ordered Creative EP-630's from NEWEGG around 4 days ago (21st) and it was stuck on step 3 (credit card confirmed)... I emailed them today and they said that they had a system error and couldn't ship out the IEM's. I have a tight schedule, leaving for Vegas 3 days. They sent me back an email saying they were very sorry about the situation and said they would give me $10 credit if I purchased another pair of EP-630's and they would cancel my old order. They also said they would give me free 1-day shipping because of my tight schedule.

I really like their support and they are very good at helping customers!!
