Can't see Zen Mozaic content in Windows Explorer

Hello. I have a Creative Zen Mozaic mp3 player. Although these are MTP I have been using drag and drop to add/remove content in Windows Explorer for a year or so. Haven't needed to add/remove content for a couple of months but when I tried yesterday, although the device is present in Explorer, the content is not. I've updated the firmware but nothing has changed. I've seen in other threads that sometimes when the device cannot be found a driver update can resolve the problem. Also updating WMP10 to WMP11 works apparently. But I can see the device, not the content (music files, photos etc) so haven't updated the driver yet. Also haven't updated WMP as I don't use it as my media player. Device Manager seems to show everything is ok. Here are some screen shots to further explain my problem. Before I make any adjustments to my computer I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks for any help you can give me.
