I pretty much know this answer but is there a way to play .mkv's on my J3 without converting them?
That being said, I have 720P videos (with built in subtitles) that I want to convert so I can watch them wherever. Whats the best encoder to use? What output settings did you use when you used the program? (assuming it isnt automatic). Thanks~ |

nope, mkv and matroska in general is not supported.
i think SUPER is the program you're searching for: http://www.erightsoft.biz/GetFile.php?SUPERsetup.exe if the link doesn't work http://www.erightsoft.com and you need to disable adblock or similar in order to get to the dl link, or get it from another site current build .42

i have mkv files in 480p, i use total video converter to convert them.
maybe you should give it a try. If not try mkv2vob, its for ps3, but it still converts mkv to avi etc |
