Screen Protector Recommended
Hey I am going to buy the J3 and I would like to know if anyone has found it necessary to buy a screen protector for it. I saw EzoTen's Youtube video of the scratch test for the s9, and want to know if the j3 uses the same material, and if it smudges easily. Thanks, Governor

It's the same Gorilla Glass, and I think a screen protector is unnecessary for normal use. It smudges like hell, though, being a capacitive screen - if that bothers you then a matte screen protector might be useful.

My J3's a little over a month old. There's 3 scratched in the screen deep enough to catch my nail on. I rolled over in a gravel parking lot with the player in my pocket - wearing a pair of thick jeans - looking under a truck. Will you be as absent minded in doing something as thoughtless? Of course not.
Buy a screen protector, its worth spending $10 USD to prolong the useful life of such an expesnive piece of equipment. I saw the video on youtube also. Gorilla glass, wow I won't be able to mess up the screen if I try. *Glances over at scratched J3.

Yeah, if it's scratched by something that is higher up on the Mohs scale, such as granite gravel, even the best glass won't help, unfortunately.

Is there a way to remove tiny scratches? I know and hheared displey wont help since its for plastic screens. so what else can i use?
