Default bricked iAudio 7 / Tcctools problem

Hello abi people! Hello WalkGood!

I have a problem with my bricked iAudio 7...
I' am stuck on step 3 of the "world famous tcctool guide to the galaxy"

Anyway: I posted this on iaudiophile.net forums but I've not received a answer jet.... so I just poste it here too.

hope someone can help me!!! Thx

so here we go:

Recently I decided to update my iAudio 7...
messed around with the settings, EVERYTHING was working fine!! Then I decided to delete all my music files and replace them with new ones.... I took ages to upload them... so in the end I abort the transfer and unplugged the device... Now it is Bricked!

I tried the solution with tcctool posted by r4ster here: http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27413

but I'm stuck at step3.
Maybe my problem is more windows related, hope someone can help me...!

Step 3
Start a command propt (Click Start > Run cmd) and change to the tcctool folder
Code:
cd PATH\TO\TCCTOOL\FOLDER

What does: change to the tcctool folder mean?
After starting a command prombt

I get: C:\Dokuments and Settings\Administrator>
here I entered: cd PATH\TO\TCCTOOL\FOLDER

hit return and then I get: System can not find specified path...
I also tried to but the tcctools folder in here (Dokuments and Settings\Administrator\tcctools)

?? So what should I do??

btw. I was using windows xp under vmware fusion on a mac book pro if that matters...
