Probably very few peeps with either the RE0 or the Klipsh custom 3 here, but someone may come along, personally I haven't tried either.

I have the RE0 if you have any specific questions about them, can't compare them with the Klipsh custom 3 unfortunately.

The klipsch custom 3 is described as being an incredible performer for its price (better than re0). It's also described as having poor build quality, and an atrocious and microphonic cord.
Off topic (though it would be pretty cool to do) you can find the C3 for $99 on ebay. If you want, you could take advantage of a company like Fisher or unique melody and have them remold it into a custom IEM. Good sound without the bad build. It would make for a fun project. Cost would be about $200. $99 for the IEM + $20 for ear impressions + $80 for the remold.
