My Sansa View had been working fine, up until just two days ago. Now - for some reason - the screen shows no life at all. The blue ring around the navigator circle does illuminate, as it always did, but the screen remains dark.
I had thought that maybe the charge was just too low, and that maybe I should leave it charging (wall charger) overnight. I did do that, but the problem remains the same. I had also tried holding the power button on for nearly a half minute, but that changed nothing either. I have just emailed tech support, and am awaiting a response from them, but I wondered if anyone else had experienced this. |

Don't know what went wrong, with my View, but the manufacturer thought it was serious enough to take in - and exchange it out for me. Mine was a 16G unit, but they sent me a brand new 32G as a replacement. I thought it was extremely nice of them.
