Can somebody please give me an introduction how to register on the korean yepp side?

Yepp.co.kr doesn't exist anymore (redirects to kr.samsungmobile.com) and it's impossible to register except if you have a Korean SSN (Social Security Number).
So unless you are Korean or have a Korean friend, you can't register

"Finding" such a number via the internet would be equal to identity theft and all the legal implications involved there-in

Anyway it's impossible to find such a number in the internet (I know what I say). It's not as easy.

You can't register on kr.samsungmobile.com. But it's just useful to download UCIs and if you need an UCI, just ask in the appropriate thread and I may download it
