Default How good are the IE7s?
I'm toying with buying them as an upgrade from my stock sony buds that came with my X1060.

Is the sound quality worth the price?

Hey man...I do not have the IE7. However, I distinctly recall reading a few relatively recent threads here [last 6 months I think] by some peeps, some who actually felt quite strongly that the IE7 were better than the mighty IE8 across the board...

Try searching ABi...

Congrat man...good price indeed. I was very interested in these for a time. Please do post your impressions/unboxing/pics when you get them.
