"could not connect to the listen website"

I just got my clip+ today, put in cd, and then got the following error:
"Could not connect to the listen website"
I went to www.rhapsody.com/sansaclip+ (since the prior installation window said to get Rhapsody there, if I had problems with the wizard), and there's only an option to get a free trial of Rhapsody, to presumably pay for it later.

Any idea how to solve this. I'm kind of pissed off and I have no time whatsoever to deal with this madness.

are you actually trying to subscribe to Rhapsody?

or do you think that you have to install the CD in order to use your Clip+?

If yes Rhapsody, I have no idea. Try contacting Rhapsody, or maybe somebody else here has used Rhapsody.

If no Rhapsody, throw the CD in the garbage, you do not need it to use your Clip+.
