Can I replace my ZVM 30Gb with hdd Toshiba MK6008GAH 60gb?

My ZVM HDD is just broken down, I need to replace it. I'm from Vietnam, in my country, they don't sell hdd 1.8" many much (with cheap pice, of course ). Can I replace my ZVM with hdd Toshiba MK6008GAH 60Gb? Will it fix? Which firmware I must up for this hdd?

And compared with cf memory, which replaced is better? I means... about durability?

P/s: Srr for my bad English, I really like this forum! I'm Creative fan but in my country, they don't like Creative at much T.T They just know about Ipod, Itouch, Iphone and blah blah blah...
