I have had a very good experience when my Zune HD was found to be defective...found out that my headphones were also defective and they sent me some new ones for free(the MS ones that you buy...!)...
Still, nothing compares to Logitech service and support...if I have the choice, I always buy Logitech...2 separate occasions they have went above and beyond....both email and phone support by them rock. |
