At least Microsoft is trying... Personally, I'm surprised Dave is still here, if I was him, I would probably get mad and leave, but, he's being a good person, and I respect him for that.

Good work Dave, and everyone at Microsoft.

I feel bad sometimes because I treat Dave like a piece of meat, and yell at him, we all do.

So again, thank you Dave.

I'm thankful that Dave is here, even though I've been kinda mean sometimes, too. All I have to say is, it would be a lot worse if there was no MS employee on this forums, we would have no clue what was going on, and no idea how to tell MS what we really want.

Long overdue thread....Dave has helped me in some big ways over the past year...can't believe an employee would do the things he has done for many of us and of course for participating on this forum which gets a bit crazy at times...

wow, honest to God, i was thinking about making the EXACT same thread but good work making one

I think i've read more hate/anger messages toward Dave more than I've read anything else on Zune and being a ZHD user, I understand their concerns but I think the hostility towards Dave is unnecessary. Some people act like he's the boss of the ZHD line or he's the only decision maker, when he isn't.

So thanks Dave for always coming back even though some people here are pretty mean to you. I know you have a job and a life so you should take it easy on yourself! Thanks for always taking in our considerations and trying to help out wherever you can (esp for those developers making games). You're on great staffer for Zune! Whether the ZHD falls or not, I know you've tried your best. Cheers to you bro
