Default Sandisk Sansa Player Cables?
Do the Sansa line of DAPs use the same usb cables as the Sony Walkmans?

dont think so, you can get a sansa cable really cheap on ebay, same cable works for the e200 and fuze, the clips use normal mini usb.

It depends which players. The Sony E345 uses a cable with a standard mini usb connector, which also works on the Sansa Clip and Sansa Clip+. The Sony S series players use a proprietary Sony cable, and the Sansa Fuze uses a proprietary Sansa cable.
