Hold Button Stuck

Hello

My X 1050 is nearing a year in age, and suddenly the hold key is stuck. I can increase the volume, but thats about it. It got to the main menu and since i had disabled the touch screen for hold I can't open anything. All I have now is a brick with just the volume rocker functioning

Has anyone faced this issue? I usually keep it on hold to prevent accidental presses in the pocket.....

Hmm interesting, have you tried resetting the player?

If not your only other option is to take it to a Sony Dealer to get it serviced.
