I Need New IEMs Unfortunately. . . Advice Appreciated!

My NE-7Ms have died. I tried to fix them but I could not. I'm going to college tomorrow and I need IEMs.

So. . . I guess I'm going to contradict myself and spend more money on hardware. I'm thinking about buying the NE-6s @ $40 (the same thing), or the Hippo VBs , or going crazy and getting the Panasonic HJE900s if I can find them for $120, they are $150 on amazon right now.

So, what should I get, and can one get the HJE900s anywhere for $120? Are the HJE900s really that good for the price?

Meh. . . the HJE900s are $150 everywhere now and I'm not sure about the VBs so I guess I'll just go without. . .

HJE is USD$139 last time I checked... Fear the power of dfkt. Or whatever he's calling himself (or is it her? given the name - Identity crisis? ) now.

Hippo VB is darker and has more bass than the HJE900. The rest... well, there's the review section. Would recommend the VB's, though, given how the HJE's cost nearly twice over them now.
