So I was on youtube today and found this app...

So what do you guys think. I found out it was on the Ipod Marketplace. And now this guy ported it. He didnt give a release date or a DL link. And I wasnt able to comment so if you guys want to try to comment and ask him that would be great.

Wonder if Dave will contact him....seems pretty professional...

I really think Dave will be able to have a bunch of games and apps ported to the Zune HD when WP7 is out and the marketplace is in full swing...

WP7 uses two APIs for apps; Silverlight and XNA. The Zune HD uses only XNA. I see no reason why devs can't backport many of their XNA-based apps to the ZuneHD, like the demo version of Mush.

i see a big reason......Money. they have no reason to backport it b/c they wont get paid for it. i think MS will put something into the contract of WP7 game devs saying that MS can backport it to zune...there aren't many devs out there that will spend the time/money to backport a game to zune HD if they can't make money doing it. unless it is a "push of a button" port.

I don't expect every app to get ported. But many free apps, as well as game demos might get ported.
