Just noticed the other day that Arcade Fire and Spoon are now available in the Zune Marketplace and usable with the Zune Pass. But when I try to listen or download them off of my Zune HD they show up as unavailable. Any ideas on what's going on there?
Can anyone else access those artists on there HD? |

The Zune HD's marketplace browser's database doesn't update as fast as the software client. For example, when new apps are released, they take a while to show up on the Zune App "Store", but you can get them instantly via the software.
Also: The albums and songs for each artist on the Zune HD is dragged out of the cache, so if an album is unavailable, it's because the Zune HD hasn't updated the cache for each artist. It will automatically update in the background while connected to wifi - you can't control it - it's where things like artist bio come from. |

Ok this is strange! So I just did a search on my device and when the list of artists appears and you swipe over to albums the albums show up as available but when you click on the artists name they show up as unavailable. Is that related to the cashe like you mentioned?
