Default Video Thumbnails?

I recently downloaded a movie from the zune marketplace and when i downloaded it it showed me what appeared to be a poster of the movie but after it finished downloading it will only show me a grey square with a white zune symbol
any possible fixes to this?
(I tried tag & Rename and it just crashes whenever i try to change the artwork)

Same here. I also tried another one MetaX I believe that did the same thing. It would be nice to find an easy way to handle this.

Then again the worst part of the Zune is the Video library.

To change the icon, you can try iTunes.. I use posters for all of my movies.

Tag & Rename is audio only, I believe... they discuss mp4, but that is just a container and the audio is aac, which is supported. In other words, I suspect it's not compatible for the use you want.

this one looks like it should work... especially with it's 'poster browser.'
