My Sansa Clip's Home button has begun to die. I got it on Black Friday 2007. Are there any Fixes for this issue or that's it?

Its broken doesn't really tell much. Whats wrong with it? Might be worth spending 20 and getting a refurb or whatever if you don't wanna solder around. It might just be dirty, clean out the space, maybe that will work.

The home button doesn't really go to the menu with a simple Push, Now I have to hold down the button for 5 seconds with a large amount of force for it to go to the menu.

I would not try to repair it because it is hard to open up without breaking it. Plus since the button is surface mounted, it would be hard too.
I would put up with it or just find a refurb since they are cheap.
