Hey,
well i have a K5, and ive had it for sometime now, i think like 6-7 months. and i noticed that the copper wire in between the speaker and where the screen slides is ripped. which i think this caused the speakers not to work, it wont turn on, and it only turns on when i have it plugged into my computer so my question is, is there a way to fix the wire or connect back to where it connects? For anyone else who comes across this.
The wire that connects the speaker/battery to the motherboard is soldered on the motherboard side. Unless you are any good with a soldering iron you are best to look out for a faulty k5 that the screen does not work or the battery does not hold a charge It is relatively simple to take apart and put back together with the right tools |
