Hi, the HD is perfect for me and I will keep it for a long time. I don't use all functions on the HD (no games, no wifi for me), it is just a MP3 player and a DivX player. I don't know when a HD2 will be released and the new functions, so it's not a problem !

Same with me i am looking for a 64gb machine that i need just for music and watching a lil bit of media on long trips.This fits the bill perfectly.....I mailed zunethings again and still no word at all from them..........

I own several 'not even close to market leader' electronic products and, even though finding them in brick and mortar stores is, for all intents and purposes, impossible - when they release an upgrade or new model, there is no secret on where it will be sold or when it will be sold and you can find it in dozens of stores on line.

I am a big Zune HD fan but, I gotta say, that when announcement of retailers actually carrying a current product is something that can be 'scooped' or is information that is not able to be divulged and has to be protected for some reason, it gives me an ill feeling in the pit of my stomach about the future.

The only difference between the 64 Gb model and the other models is on the picture. You can find a lot of picture of the black model in the forum. My pics would not give you more informations on the 64 model.

Stujoe - consider for a moment that I'd love to share more with you, but due to retailer obligations I can't. Of course I'd love to announce far and wide when and where other retailers will have the units.

In the meantime, they are available and the turnaround is pretty quick right now (ordered a bunch the other day).

Hi Tora75,

We have had lots of people emailing to ask us about the Zune 64GB and have responded to all of them to say that we did have a very limited amount that have all now been sold and we are working on getting more ASAP. Even people in the USA are having trouble getting them, so it will be a couple of weeks.

Sorry you had some trouble getting us, perhaps our emails are going to your spam folder or something..

We will email and post clearly on the website as soon as we have more 64GB available..
