Can you help? I love my Gigabeat F40--just hooked it up to Windows 7 and downloaded the Gigabeat Room 3.0. Reformatted the Gigabeat and it looks great. Problem is when I try to play a song I get an error message that it can not identify the file and kicks me out of the gigabeat room. Also cannot load any songs onto the gigabeat from Media Player 12. I'm thinking the issue might be with the .sat file extension. Any ideas how to fix the problem?
