Telechips TCC91xx ARM11 SoC, Wolfson DAC. I haven't opened it up so I can't say you what Wolfson exactly. It's pretty much the same as every other modern Cowon.

No serious company publishes their player's specs, as far as I know. It's not really necessary. Only some silly "audiophile" manufacturers do that, and some manufacturers with convergence devices, where it might matters if the device runs a Tegra or a Snapdragon.
