Default Zune HD downgrade?

Earlier today, I dug up my old Zune 4gb flash model, plugged it into my computer and found I needed a firmware update. After the update, I charged it up and turned it on and boy....

I was so excited about tactile controls with the Zune interface.

I know, some people hate real buttons and some love touchscreens but the Zune squircle was something else wasnt it? It was a combination of touch and tactile, I liked it. And with Zune's clean and easy to use interface it was like a perfect combination.

Brings back old memories.

I still prefer tactile controls over touchscreen. Touchscreen requires too much attention.

I didn't like touch screens at first, but I can access my music faster now.
I never got a chance to play with the squircle. Shame.
