C# is pretty easy to start with. Can't help you with how you learn though.

You can go to Microsoft's official XNA Creator's Club website and go to Education > Getting Started > down at the bottom of the page, there's a section called "Beginner's Guide to XNA Game Studio 3.0". It's somewhat basic stuff, but the video tutorials give a generally good overview of the available libraries in XNA Game Studio.
However, they don't give a whole lot of info on the user input methods(like the touch screen and the accelerometer), so you should search those up in places like ZuneBoards. In fact, there's a user there that compiled a documented class explaining the ways to use the capacitive touch screen on the Zune HD right here

If you're just starting in C# and/or .NET, you might find the .NET Framework Developer Center helpful:

Also, have a look at the "How Do I" video series while you're there. And good luck to you!

This is a good book: http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-XNA-...3110165&sr=8-3

However I'd recommend learning C# and object oriented programming in general first before starting with the XNA library.
